I began my residential real estate business with Coldwell Banker in 2010 right here in Scottsdale Arizona. The business is very exciting and I was awarded with “Rookie of the Year” my first year in business by closing the most deals of any new agent in the state.
I enjoy the challenges the real estate business presents, and help to bring buyers and sellers together so they can both achieve their objectives. Being upfront and honest paramount to me and I feel my integrity is the most important thing I bring to the table.
I really find residential construction fascinating and I am constantly learning the current trends in homes. The mechanics of a home really connect with me as I am a DIY (do it yourselfer) kind of guy. From framing to installing electrical circuits and plumbing that’s my therapy believe it or not. So I really care about the bones of a home.
Preparing a home to sell is one of my favorite responsibilities. I take the time to complete a comprehensive review of similar homes in the neighborhood and provide an easy to understand excel worksheet to go over with clients. I feel that digging deep will help to inform the seller adequately and together we can formulate the appropriate asking price for their prize possession.
